[Request] Prot Warrior UI

I've recently mainswitched from being a Healer to being a Prot warrior, and I feel that my UI is somewhat oriented towards Healing. I've been searching for different types of "Tanking UIs" but had little luck.
Basically what I'm looking for is a quite 'compressed' UI, with a lot of information in a small area of the screen, yet not too 'clustered'.
Is there an existing UI that shows Omen, My Health (Target of Target works fine), Boss timers and Target's Casting bar in a somewhat limited amount of space?
If not, how hard would this be to create? I've got very little experiance in interface making and was kindof hoping for an easy solution to my problem

I drew out a rough scetch of how my idea for this UI would be like:


The different bars/frames doesn't neccessary need to be exactly as big, but it's basically how I'd like to have them organized.
