Spell reflection macro

Maybe its not possible but would be glad if it worked. Is it possible to get a macro to equip shield and main-hand AND cast spell reflect, with out 2 clicks. Not a very big deal but anyways. If that's possible or not is for you to judge. but the more important part of the macro, i want to equip shield and main-hand and cast spell reflect in battle stance then equip 2h with one extra click, if possible.
